01. PATTERN MAKING
Our in-house pattern-making department can efficiently meet the needs of our clients.
We specialize in pattern creation, development, and placement using software that optimizes fabric usage and minimizes waste, providing reports on consumption and layout for each model. We offer consulting services for garment design. Our consultancy includes the creation and development of new patterns, accessory research, fashion trend analysis, sketch and draft production, material selection, and the best production techniques.
02. CUTTING
We are equipped with 16-meter cutting tables with automatic spreading and cutting machines, minimizing material waste and optimizing time and costs. The pattern-making and cutting departments work in close synergy to ensure a consistently high level of service.
Additionally, we offer manual fabric spreading for materials with placed prints or stripes.
03. SEWING & IRONING
We handle the internal production of garments using a well-equipped machinery park with state-of-the-art production systems. This ensures high-quality standards while maintaining efficient product industrialization, overseen by skilled and experienced hands. We have numerous linear and specialized machines. Finally, we carry out in-house ironing, testing, packaging, and final quality control of the garments.
04. EMBROIDERY / PRINTING

Screen printing with a maximum capacity of 110 x 80 cm. A traditional printing technique using frames, perfect for creating special decorative effects such as flock, glitter, caviar, silicone, puff prints, photoluminescent, iridescent, metallic tones, and much more.

Digital printing, which reduces setup costs and creates unique effects. Images or text are printed in full color directly onto the fabric. Pigment digital printing can also be applied to finished garments, allowing prints over seams, zippers, pockets, and buttons without compromising design continuity.

Embroidery, is a creative art that enhances fabrics with delicate decorations. In addition to classic embroidery, we offer various techniques such as 3D padded embroidery, patches, inserts, fil coupé, lurex, topstitching, micro/macro embroidery, laser-cut embroidery, cross-stitch, floating thread embroidery, and more.
05. DYEING
